We’re 3 months into 2018 and I really hope you’re having a great year so far!

Many people start off each year with resolutions, and I bet most include either ‘hit the gym’, ‘get in shape’, ‘eat better’ or just ‘be healthier’.

Well to help out with that, I’m sharing below 5 health bloggers that I follow myself. They provide amazing ideas, plans, meals, information and more to make you a better person, and bring your health up to the next level. Also if you want to get healthier learn more here.

In this list I’ve stayed away from group blogs like mindbodygreen.com, which are still a great resource to read. Instead these blogs are by individuals who bring different perspectives on health, but all provide great content.

#1 – MarksDailyApple.com

Created by ;Mark Sisson, a ;former elite endurance athlete now blogger/speaker, this blog covers a wide range of topics, from gut health to fitness to weight loss. He also has a recipe section with amazing meal ideas.
He’s sharp, funny, has a tonne of information on a wide range of health subjects (check out his ‘gut health’ category on the blog for some really in-depth articles).
Much of his content is now answering questions he’s getting, so you know it has useful stuff.

;

#2 – GretchenRubin.com

Gretchen is an accomplished author, podcaster and speaker. And she blogs about happiness, motivation, self-knowledge and more. Essentially, if you want to be a happier person, subscribe to her blog.
One thing that I find great about her blog are the interviews. She’ll talk to New York Times authors, senior editors at magazines, and goes in-depth with them on what makes them tick.

;

#3 – WellnessMama.com

If you want to live a more natural life in food and health, this is the blog to read.
Katie blogs about everything natural, from making your own household cleaners, to staying motivated, to intermittent fasting. I really have no idea how she has so many blog posts, as she has a pretty full family as well. But she writes well and the scope of the posts are great for everyone!

;

#4 – ;ChrisKresser.com

Another great blog to follow for general health topics is Chris Kresser’s. He’s great at explaining in-depth things (Like the connection between leaky gut and gallbladder problems), but does so in a way that makes it easy to read and understand.
He’s also got a great reader base, which means some really good comments on his posts, and conversations going on there.

;

#5 – ;rosalilium.com

Living a positive life is as important as eating right. ;Elizabeth, the creator of rosalilium.com, talks of positive living in many of the posts, which range from recipes to travel to health, but always focuses on positives.
I do like personal blogs that are not only informative, but also, well, personal. Elizabeth does this well, showing insight into her own life, as well as giving out great information.
