Apple cider vinegar can help stimulate the digestive juices and thereby aid in easy breakdown of food. Diluting the water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar can help fight inflammation and provide a quick solution to the heartburn symptoms. Apple cider vinegar also helps the balance of stomach acid levels.
I start each day, before food, before anything else, with a tablespoon of ACV in a glass of warm water. In case, you don’t like the taste of the mixture, you can include a few drops of honey. I’m a fan of Bragg’s ACV and they seem to the market leader.
Just note too, that when taking ACV, since it is an acid, it can hurt your teeth enamel, so I always swish some water in my mouth after drinking it, just to rinse my teeth off!
